Our beloved coastal retreat returns, this time at Noordhoek, a vibrant destination house that soaks up frontline views over the North Cornwall coast. Just a few steps from the reed-lined entrance to Porthcothan Bay, it’s the perfect setting for morning practice by the sea, nourishing meals, fireside evenings, and days shaped by salt air, stillness, and flow.

Dates: 2 - 5 October 2026 (3 nights)

Accommodation: Twin sharing or Deluxe Double.

Pricing: FROM £800 pp

*Includes 3 nights accommodation, all gut healthy meals, drinks, yoga, meditation, masterclasses, and a daily immersion into nature (includes optional walks, dips in the sea, gut healthy cooking classes and music under the stars). Please note that travel costs are not included but we are here and ready to assist you with arrangements and free advice.
