Hello, I’m Naomi. Welcome x

For over 15 years, yoga, meditation and nature have shaped not just my practice, but the way I live and

connect with others. As a teacher, I bring an intuitive, down-to-earth approach designed to make

wellbeing feel effortless and accessible — never rigid or prescriptive.

Trained across many disciplines including vinyasa, mandala, yin, meditation and reiki, I weave movement,

breath, and the elements into fluid, grounding sequences that meet you exactly where you are.

My classes and retreats are designed to reconnect you with balance, joy, and ease — through

playful yoga flows, restorative breathwork, mindful rituals, and moments of stillness that stay

with you long after you roll up your mat.

Students often describe my teaching as both energising and calming, a mix of laughter, care,

and quiet depth.

Ultimately, I believe true wellbeing lives in life’s small luxuries — the shared meal, the deep breath, the time spent outdoors — and that yoga is our way back to that simple, harmonious state of being. I look forward to welcoming you to class soon.

Sharing Balance and Tranquility

My heart is set on sharing the insights and practices I’ve nurtured over the years,
so you can also experience your own clarity, joy, and freedom. There’s something
truly magical about the calm and clarity that comes from just a few moments
of stillness, and it never fails to inspire me. As someone who loves to stay active
and engaged, I often find myself enthusiastically adding to my to-do list.

While I cherish this energetic side of myself, I also recognize that it can lead
to feeling ‘too busy’ and struggling to find that precious stillness.

Thankfully, yoga has gifted me with the tools to cultivate tranquility, especially
when life gets hectic.

I’m incredibly grateful for the lessons yoga has brought into my life, and I look
forward to continuing this journey of learning and sharing with all of you.
